Hi Doctor,
I am seeking your advice for several skin and facial issues that I have been experiencing over the past two years. Since moving to a new city, my skin has significantly deteriorated. I am dealing with persistent acne, open pores, and dull, dehydrated skin. Additionally, I have red marks on my skin that are not fading easily. I did not have these problems when I was 20 years old; my skin was healthy and clear back then.
Given these symptoms and the fact that they appeared after my relocation, I am concerned that they may be early signs of PCOS or PCOD.
Could you please suggest medications or treatments that could help me address these issues.
