Acne and spots on back

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have acne and spots on my back. I never had such issue before 1 year but it started and not sure why it happened. There are no lifestyle changes which happened in my life. Please let me know how to get rid of it and any possible reasons because of which it could have happened. Thanks in advance.
