Acne and skin tone problem

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am 30 years old and still having pimples/acne problem. I got some black scars on my face and my skin tone got changed(dark) due to this. Please let me know till what age I need to face acne problem? Also kindly suggest some creams to get back my skin tone.
