Acne and pimples
I have develop lots of pimples and some other blemishes on my chest area. Please advice some medication. I have attached the pictures for reference. Please advice medication.

Greetings. These are keloids probably due to trunkal acne. The standard treatment of keloids includes intra lesional injections and silicone gel application/ silicone cream application. The lesions will slowly flatten but may not get cured completely with any treatment. Fractional laser therapy is another option. Kindly see a dermatologist near you and discuss the same with him. You'll also need oral retinoids for a short course under dermatologist's guidance. Warm regards, Dr Govind S Mittal.
