It depends on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hello, Both topical creams have different mechanism of action on acne. Aziderm 10% is milder compared to deriva cms and more indicated for rosacea (acne with redness- variant of acne) and earlier grade of acne While deriva CMS is retinoid based cream with powerful antibacterial property of clindamycin. Its strength is more than aziderm and indicated for all grades of acne So you need to share your pictures for better approach
