Acne and keloids

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have truncal acne and two big keloids along few small keloids which are growing slowly. I took doxy medicine ten days course to stop acne pimples which helped for few days later it again stared. Also took steroid injections for keloids but within 1 month they grew back. The no of keloid formation is increasing slowly which is the more worrying part. Please help me in stopping their growth

Oral antibiotics or retinoid group of drug based on stage of acne. Visit a dermatologist but before that change in diet pattern n find out the trigger in order to prevent new acne and keloid
