Acne and hair problem !!!

Asked for Male, 23 Years

How to prevent acne completely ??? I've been suffering from acne since 5 years...and still not able to prevent them. I don't use any kind of anti-acne products but I do use nivea face wash once a day ! Also , I'm suffering from severe hairfall...and my hair is becoming less denser everyday . How can I fight hairfall and dandruff ??
