I've had persisent mild to moderate acne for around 14 years now. I was on Yaz for 2 years and was spotless during this period. However, on stopping Yaz, I had cystic acne and was on 2 rounds of isotretinoin thereafer. I was completely clear during this treatment. But everytime I try to stop, the acne returns. The acne is mostly on forehead and cheeks. I also have mild eczema in form of clusters of tiny colourless spots that come and go and are exacerbated if I drink green tea, coffee, wine or take multivitamins, etc. - basically from different foodstuffs. I'm weaning off the isotretinoin and dreading the return of acne/eczema as soon as I stop it. I'm hopefully looking forward to finding a long term solution to my skin problem.
