My face is full black and white heads and black spots and clear difference in body and face colour(face dull) ,now I'm breast feeding

Please consult a dermatologist for pimple medications. Since you are breast feeding, only mild anti pimple creams can be safely given. Shampoo twice weekly to control dandruff.
