Acne and dark spots problem
I am 22 years old now Still I am suffering from getting acne on my face My life style is normal enough;also I work out for 2 hours in to the gym. I love being outdoors; specially on road having a bike rides. I eat normal food; but mostly Spicy and especially non vegetarian. I wash my face with a normal green lemon extract based soap I drink enough water even if I'm not having it on time. I was 16 yrs since then It started and still I'm hoping for getting it off my face completely. My face have even became dark due to the afterspots I get from acnes. I need a clear face skin. Haven't seen my face skin pure until now. Now I have to get rid of it completely for ever. Please suggest me something for cleaning up my face. Any Face washing soaps, methods, cleanser, sunscreen or anything? Hoping for the good. Thank you.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
