Acne and allergy and marks

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have acne problem since puberty. I don't know if it's because of hormonal imbalance or due to dairy products. Last month went to Kerala there I got a herbal facial and it reacted in such a way that I got tiny pimples all over my face and some on my neck too. I have stopped using any face product and have been using doux face cleanser.
