I had severe acne but it got controlled, have more than 90% relief after using isotretinoin oral for 4 months (also have used oral antibiotics before that and clindamycin gel on acne (on whole face initially). So now I want to gradually stop the isotretinoin and keep the treatment naturally. So I was wondering if I could be suggested a nicotinamide cream which doesn't have too many extra ingredients that could become oily. I have read nicotinaide helps in acne reduction, scar reduction nd repair
