Acne and acne scars
I am a 27 years old working woman.stays alone in a city.i don't have a good lifestyle as I have rotational shifts in office and I eat most of my meals outside only.idrink water but not 6ltrs and all.i smoke. Don't drink.i have recently went to visit an allopathy and homeopathy doctors.I'm done with my whole body test. I have vitamin D deficiency (9.3).and I have a functional tiny cyst in right ovary which is going away.i don't have pcos as per the doctors and reports. It's absolutely normal and healthy. I used a "flawless women trimer for face" for the first time on. my face to remove excess hair, although I almost don't have hair on my face still I did it! Sorry. From that day only I'm suffering from these cystic acne and then acne spots. I have a very good skincare routine. I take a vitamin D3 once in a week. And I'm on some homeopathy medicines for acne and stress. what facewash,tonner,serum,and mostotising cream and acne cream should I use for this? help!!!
