Acne and acne scar and dryness

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have oily skin and I have acne and acne scar..I use retinoA 0.04%gel and tivenca gel. I use tivenca in the morning and at night before goto sleep and I use retino A 0.04%gel at night for one hour but after application retino A gel I face excessive dryness ...now what I do plzzz give me proper suggestion..can I use moisturiser after washing retino A gel...??? Any rule to use moisturiser with retino A gel and what about tivenca gel.plzzz give me proper information...
