This is Nodulo- Cystic acne. Nodulocystic acne is a severe form of acne affecting the face, chest and back. It is characterised by multiple inflamed and uninflamed nodules and frequently, scars. It is more common in males. The name implies there are nodules and cysts. Refined foods, dairy products, and sugary foods and beverages may be associated with acne development and worsen its symptoms. Therefore, it's best to eat whole, nutritious foods. Hormonal imbalance also plays a important role. The creams u r using will b inadequate and will require a more aggressive treatment. Because it causes issues deep within the skin, nodular acne is considered a more severe form of acne. Unlike other types of acne, such as blackheads, acne nodules can't be cleared up with basic creams. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
