Acne all over body
Sir I have uploaded a picture of acne I am having this kind of acne all around my body , mainly they are in back shoulders arm neck.Itchiness is not more.What is this? I am really frustrated with it as I am also having dry skin and skin peeling in hands.It is normal pimple or something else?In shoulder and back it is more like 30-40 scattered all around in back

Hi. The photo is not very clear- but this look likes a vesicle. Vesicles of recent onset in the last 2-4 days could occur in chicken pox! If its older, then pityrosporum folliculitis/acneiform eruption may be the problem especially if u have these lesions on the back.
