Acl tear and damaged meniscus.
Acl surgery is over. In my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY hamstring graft (Autograft) is used. During surgery there was a tear in white zone of meniscus (hence the surgeon has trimmed it).
MY QUESTION IS :what are the long term effects (negative effect), if any.
CAN I go back to sports like football and basketball.
