Acl surgery.
In my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY hamstring graft (Autograft) is used. During surgery it was found that the meniscus was unrepairable as the tear was in the white zone.
MY QUESTION IS : can I go back in heavy sports like football and basket ball after recovery. I am 19 year old male.
