Had an acl reconstruction and meniscus repair 4 months ago. I am not seeing any doctor or physio. I have started working out and running at 12km/hr speed. It feels normal for me rightnow. Need to know if i cam start low height jumps and one leg jumps as my routine so that i could get stability and confidence of jumping. I am scared of jumping on the leg rightnow. Should i he worried?
