ACL partial TEAR
Report says partial thickness tear of ACL at its femoral attachment.
Grade 1 tear of posterior horn of medial menacus.
Grade 1 strain of medial collateral ligament.
Minimal knee joint effusion.

Partial ACL tears can vary very much in amount of tear. The treatment will depend on how much tear, your work / Sports demands and the presence of instability on clinical examination.
If there is clinical instability and you are likely to get into active Sports then Arthroscopy might be the best option.
