  4. ACL ligament surgery. After 9mnths over.

I had acl ligament surgery..after five month it got infected inside my leg..doctor suggested me to remove tat implanted meterial..after removal of implantation now iam feeling normal..but still i feel bit pain in my knee..i couldnt do much physiotherapy..can i start it now after 9mnths over...?

If course you Can. Your muscles must have deconditioned and joint stiffened. physiotherapy who help improve that
