ACJ ligament injury
I was doing workouts from past few months and reduced good amount of weight and lost fat. The past few weeks I had pain in the right shoulder and I went to take an xray and doctor said there is some ligament injury and would take months to heal.please anyone see my xray and suggest what my next steps should be and I really want to continue my bodybuilding journey.

There is no bony injury visible in this film. Get properly evaluated for ligament from Orthopedic surgeon, if pain persists after physiotherapy get mri.
