Hello, I am facing acidity issue since one week and have already taken the antacid course for 14 days. It's been one month and it's not recovering. I am doing whatever I can, doing exercises, yoga, prayanam, eating healthy food and maintaining proper lifestyle. Last month I had food infection and after taking antibiotics for 5 days this acidity issue came which is not going at all. Please suggest some advice.

Take Tab Cyra D one tablet half an hour before breakfast daily for 20 days. Let me know the result after 20 days. Avoid spicy food, avoid soft drink. Avoid smoking. Reduce tea/coffee intake to <1 cup daily. Don't sleep immediately after any meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Adjust the height of head end of your bed slightly above the foot end by keeping a bricks at the head end.
