Acidity , chest pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am feeling chest pain in left side, left hand pain and buring sensation in stomach, near heart and in food pipe... Since 10 months. Done ecg several times and did tmt, echo once in last year September. All were normal as cardiologist said.. Is acidity create coronary blockages.?? Or any other heart issues

A properly done TMT if negative has a very high negative predictive value.... So it is highly unlikely for you to have coronary artery disease.... Most probably the symptoms must be due to acid peptic disorder .... Stress aggravates acid peptic disorder .... So also it can be a risk factor for coronary artery disease.... So avoiding stress... Taking proper treatment for acid peptic disease is a must in your case....
