Acid reflux with heart burn
Since yesterday I am getting high acidity followed by acid reflux and heart burn. Took pantaprozol but not helping much.

Hi.. Take Esomac-L(40/75) 30 mins before breakfast and dinner twice a day for 5-7days Syp gaviscon 10ml twice a day 20mins before meals Drinks lots of water around 2.5-3 lts per day Avoid eating spicy and oily food.. Since it’s lock down days better to walk around in house about 3000 to 4000 steps a day so that it will help ur digestion..

Possibly you need some anti reflux medicine alongwith Pantoprazole. Please have frequent, small meals, avoid fatty, spicy food, drink sufficient water and exercise regularly.
