My recent endoscopy shown following result what treatment shall I start Antral type gastric mucosa showing moderate chronic inflammation, moderate intestinal metaplasia and mild atrophy.There is no activity.There is no dysplasia There are no Heliobacter like organisms. Osteophageal squamous mucosa showing mile elongation of papillae and basal cell hyperplasia.there is not inflammation,intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia.there is no fungi
