Im 37 years old male living abroad. 2 weeks ago i felt aciding liquid come up to my throat and since then I have been dealing with acid reflux. I feel no appetite but constantly feel like theres something stuck in the back of my throat and my food pipe.
I even have been having a painful sore throat since a week and no fever or anything related to sore throats. I have no bleeding, nausea or vomiting.
Can this be cured by proper diet and otc medicines?
Any home remedies for this painful throat? It hurts and i find it difficult to talk for long periods.

The condition you have is Reflux Pharyngitis. This happens because of GERD( Gastro-esophageal reflux disease)
You need to do lifestyle and diet change.
avoid smoking and alcohol to begin with- strictly
Avoid spicy, deep-fried and oily food.
Small, frequent meals .
You should have your last meal, minimum of 3 hours before your meal time.
