My leg fractured of the anterior column of acetabulam, posterior wall of the acetabulum with communicated fracture of the posterior inferior margin of the acetabulum of my left side.
Rest of pelvis bones are normal as per CT scan and no fracture of proximal end of both femur
Now I want recover by non surgically. How much time need it and which phisycal movements are best for fast cure. Finally which food is best please suggest me

I don't think at 29 years of age such a serious fracture should be managed conservatively.
You will have secendory arthritis of the fracture fragments do not fall into place.
Even a 2mm displacement will initiate arthritis.
