Feels thirsty ,takes water in plenty even then dryness remains and all of sudden feels choking in throat and breathlessness.Sometimes blood pressure shoots up at 170 .using artificial denture and she feels saliva is not being produced.

Hi Please get the blood sugar levels checked and do HBA1C and check if any medication is causing dry mouth ..Need to know if patient is on oxygen or is using any nebulization For more details plz contact btw 9pm to 12 am daily
