Accidental injury
I hurt my area above knee because Off small accident. My vehicle skidded. The area is red and tingling sensation is there. No blood is flowing but can see blood clotted. Difficulty in straitening of leg and walking. Please suggest treatment

Don't bend knee till wound heals. (Approximately 5-7 days).
Do dressing with megaheal ointment.
Can apply ice packs around the wound.
Next Steps
Tab ceftum 500 bd for 4 days.
Tab chymoral. forte bd for 10days.
