Met with an accident last week. Just below the shoulder i have so much pain . What should i do ice pack or hot ? And shall i go for xray or go for physiotherapy?

I am sorry but I don't know why everyone is suggesting you to start stretching and chiropractic movements... Please get it screened with some orthopedic who can suggest right X ray view if required and put u on some NSAIDS... Then exercises comes into play...

If you are free to move your shoulder without severe pain then go for physiotherapy, if you have severe pain then take x-ray and confirm
