Judging by the pus oozing out, your wound might be infected and requires urgent care. You need to get Inj Tetanus Toxoid if not taken in last 6 months and start Tab Augmentin 625mg twice a day after meals with Tab Voveran 50mg twice a day. Reach out to a nearby clinic to get dressing done daily or till wound becomes dry.
