Acanthosis treatment

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi, I have dark patches on neck, Ankles, knuckles , inner thigh ... and recently I discovered that it is acanthosis. I am looking for a proper treatment to get rid of it . I have used tubelite C20 for hyperpigmentation ( got after derma consultation). Can I use it for long term .
