Acanthosis Nigricans

I had consulted a dermatologist years ago and I was diagnosed with Acanthosis Nigricans on my forehead and side of the face. I have tried a chemical peel twice but to no avail and now I am looking for a remedy.

Acanthosis nigricans is linked to overweight ,diabetes , thyroid disorder . Hence keeping this in mind your treatment should be aimed at. Use sunscreens during daytime , get your thyroid levels checked , and loose weight if you are overweight . Skin lightening agents can be continued for few more months.
