Acanthosis nigricans

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Hi. I am obese and I weigh 77 kg. I have acanthosis nigricans on my neck and underarms. I have to attend a function so I need to treat this completely or at least make it least visible. Can you suggest me any home remedy for the same?
