Can Acanthosis nigricans be removed and can skin become normal ? Or would it become light ? I want my skin to be totally like normal like my face

Yes acanthosis can be cured . Most of the time acanthosis is associated with some systemic conditions like obesity or diabetes for example ..cure of the condition can lead to drastic resolution of the problem If everything has been ruled out,you can go for TCA peel or laser treatment ..it ll help
