Acane on hairline on neck

Hi, I have acane on my hair line on neck , back side from past 2 years I consulted 2 doctors in Bangalore , 1 doctor gave me azimac 250 mg it made them very small but they didn't go. 2nd doctor said it's folicalities and gave flucidin ointment but it didn't work well. It get more when I do hair cut and use blade , I have stop using blade and always ask barber to trim on my back. I feel taking head bath everyday because it becomes itchy in that area. Also i don't have pain. I don't have diabetes.
