I could feel how it could be anxious and frustrating too. It's never late. I could see that comparing makes one feel worst. If one compares with higher state and it might feel worst whereas compare with the lower state you might be thankful. The these feelings you have might be the symptoms of poor mental health. It's good to connect with a psychologist for therapy and counselling. So you can understand your way and find what's up to the future.

Hi,instead of thinking about the past and feeling guilty about it you should focus on the present.Believe in yourself and try to complete the studies. Comparing the achievement with others is not going to help you.If you have suicidal thoughts you should get help immediately.Consult a psychiatrist for medications.
Hi
You are 21 years old and you are doing a BSc course. You are worried about still being in college. Don’t worry about still being in college and don’t compare yourself to your batchmates. Try to focus on enjoying college life and academics. You have to work on understanding yourself better and you have to work on feeling better about yourself. You are young and you have your whole life ahead of you.
Understanding yourself better and positive thinking will help you.

Hi.. Career is like a Marathon and not a 100 meter Sprint. It doesn't matter who is running far ahead of you. What matters is whether you are running at your pace or not. In the long run the one who is more consistent and persistent will go far ahead than any one else. It is a race within yourself and not with others. I have worked on several successful people in distinct professions and found this thing common in all. They are not competing with others but with themselves. They have their own targets for every day, week, month, year. They focus on achieving their immediate targets and not on how much others around them are doing or not doing. Gap in education/career is bound to happen some time in life. It hardly matters when it happens. But what we do in that period and how we cope, defines our course of future. No destination is final and no path is impossible. I have seen lots of my clients coming out of their struggles and performing well in their respective lives and careers. This idea of success and failure projected through our media/social media and accepted widely by our young minds is more a product of a western capitalist perspective than actual necessity of life. Life goes on irrespective of job, education, etc. You will find people with minimal or no education, running big businesses and becoming billionaires. You will find people with limited education sitting in top administrative/corporate roles. You will find top Media people not having a basic degree in their respective field. You will find very normal people running for elections and rising up the political ladder and running a state or even a country. I am not saying that education is not important. It is very important. It serves as the foundation of becoming something big. But it is not the end in itself. Try looking beyond your limited perspective and you will find there is a whole lot of a world out there for you to make something out of your abilities and interests. Don't make judgement based on your insecurities or uncertainties of the present environment. Change is the only constant.
