My problem is abuandat dandruff for 4 years and i use many anti dandruff shampoo but not work anything.

Sebowash Shampoo once in a week. Stop Oil application.

Based on your description the skin condition, it appears that you have Seborrheic dermatitis. Sometimes they co-exist with dandruff and can be determined with more precision during a consultation. A photograph will add in obtaining better recommendations. Kindly consult a dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
