Absent minded
Hello, From somedays I am having strong believe that I call my friends/ family to which they don't reply or I responded to msg or call,but  in reality it is in my mind only, I never did those calls or msg and later I realize it. Is there anything which is taking shape of mental illness or do I need to go for counseling Many times I be upset for such behavior. I feel sleepy most of the time and I am taking long sleep, Everytime I feel tired Apart from work I  barely be awake And after sleeping so much I start feeling guilty Even resting doesn't make me happy or relaxed I can't find any activity which can make me energetic again Please guide and help Thanks and regard
