Abrasion from door on arm and rashes

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I had an abrasion from door 5-6 days ago and I got Tetanus Shot Today around 10pm. There are rashes around the abrasion I'm having a little stiffness around the neck. Please suggest medicine.
