I m suffering from chikengunya joints pain sence 1 month, starting the joint pain was heavy but now rearly I m getting pain in joints and feeling like no stamina in body , and feels very hungry every time .,, day by day I m increasing my body fat(Weight) with no workout ... Can I start workout Regularly ? As my doctor told me not to do workout for 1 month because it starts bleeding in joint !! So suggest me what to do whether to workout or to take rest ?
