White discharge during pregnancy is due to the hormones of pregnancy. But watch for consistency, colour, odour, & associated symptoms if any. In your case whitish discharge without itching and burning, without fever seems normal.
Next Steps
Watch for fever, itching or burning sensation
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water and other fluids. Maintain perineal hygiene.

White discharge increases during pregnancy. It’s normal as it does not have odour and there’s no associated itching.
