My weight is 65 -67kgs and height is 5.5feet.is it good?i do breathing exercises (pranayama) but all I do bad that I don't take proper diet and never sleep at proper time. Plus I turned vegan before a month but I can eat fish and I am a student so can't maintain that much diet. Please guide me. Thanx
