Sir I have chronic immune thrombocytopenic purpura and my plateletcount is 24k and my wbc is 15000 and ptinr is 1.1 can I take vaccination and why wbc is high?

Take covaxin . There are studies showing covishield leading to thrombocytopenia ( vaccine induced thrombocytopenia) but very rare. As u have CITP ,
And are u steroids for citp? That might be the reason for elevated WBC if infection ruled out.
