About using medicine for 3 months

Asked for Male, 55 Years

My father recently had stroke for which he was taking these medications from last 40 days. I am not able to connect with same doctors, as I moved to different city. I would like to know if these medications are safe and to be taken. Another 1 or 2 months?? Do I needs to avoid or remove any medicine from the prescription below?? Please suggest and addressed my concern. Thank you

Preva gold 20 may be changed to Ecospirin AV 150 once daily after lunch. Other medications can be continued. But you must follow up with a neurologist on a monthly basis
