My father had a stroke a week back .. which affected his right hand and speech . Doctor requested CT-Angio attached is result . Should we go for angioplasty? Or what medication should we go ?

Hi surgery is not needed........only if the stenosis is more than 70% then it is indicated.......they mentioned thrombus is there......so he should be anti coagulants.......thank you
