About using derobin cream

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I had ringworm for about 4 yrs. And no treatment was effective. Then someone suggested me derobin ointment. By this ringworm affecting my hand was cleared up. So i applied to my neck and skin of throat too. But now the condition worsened. The skin was peeled off and doesn't seem to heal.... What should I do doctor?
