About Urticaria
I have urticaria since last 2 years. I have been under several medications since the beginning. And currently I take cetirizine 10 mg every alternate day. Can you suggest me any lifestyle changes and habits or any other helpful tips to cure this condition.

You are having chronic urticaria. 50% is idiopathic...meaning there is no know cause. Have you done your blood investigations like thyroid profile before? Have to taken anti parasite medication? Kindly consult online for proper diagnosis and treatment.
