Mild pelvicalyceal dilatation of of right side of kidney in 2nd and 3 Rd trimester of pregnancy is not uncommon and mostly due to physiological effect of pregnancy hormone progesterone causing relaxation of smooth muscles of ureter.sometimes mild compression by foetus on the rt ureter gives this picture.get urine examination routine and microscopic done also to rule out any urinary tract infection
